Shipping policy

We try to ship seed packet orders on receipt or on the following business day, although if we're really busy this might take a day or two longer. We send orders out by Royal Mail (first class), so they'll typically take one to two days from despatch to reach customers. We'll send an email automatically when your seed has been posted.

All in all, we hope to have your seed with you within three business days of receiving your order. This happens nearly all of the time, but please do get in touch if you're worried because you haven't heard from us, or if you haven't had your order delivered. 

P&P to all UK addresses is included in all our prices, although until we understand current regulations re shipping to Northern Ireland we're unable to do so.
