Refund policy

Returns
If for some reason you would like to return your order, please do so within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your seed packet must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase. 

Exchanges
We will happily replace items which are damaged in transit. If you need to
exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@habitataid.co.uk with a photo of the item as it arrived.  

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: British Wildflower Meadow Seeds, Hookgate Cottage, South Brewham, BA10 0LQ, United Kingdom
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
