Scottish Highland Meadow Seed Mix
This lovely and diverse seed mix recreates a moorland grass community found on well-drained highland sites with acidic soils. There are 17 species of wildflowers and 10 wild grasses and rushes, of which we've listed the major components below. On upland sites this does not need to be cut, although it can be lightly grazed in autumn. Technically the mix is based on British Plant Communities U2 and U4.
Both the wildflower and grass seed has been harvested from wild populations across Scotland.
There are full instructions on the back of the packet. You can expect to receive your seed within five working days of placing an order.
